Article submission guidelines
- Unlike other article directories, at Soft Articles, you may submit unique-content articles only. If we identify your article submission as duplicate, we'll reject it without any notification.
What does it mean "unique-content article"?
This is a measurei against duplicate content. Currently, Google and other SE, prohibit duplicate content pages by ignoring or adding them to the supplemental index. The websites publishing duplicate content are also penalyzed unless they block or don't publish the respective content.
In brief, a unique-content article is an article which is not yet published anywhere on the Internet at the moment of the submission to our directory. The unique-content concept doesn't mean you are or you aren't the owner of the article, but you haven't published it on any personal pages, blogs or article directories yet.
- Articles for submission must be in English and previously unpublished (as specified above). The documents should be well-written and we encourage grace as well as clarity.
- Try keeping your submission on subject.
- Your article submission is accepted as: HTML, RTF, WRI, DOC or TXT files only. Don't submit articles under different formats. They are rejected. If you submit from a Macintosh computer, please include the three-letter file extension in the file name.
- A max. of 2 links embedded in the body and signature of your article. If there are more links, they are removed from the body of your piece.
- If your article is rejected, please re-read the submission guidelines, make sure it follows these guidelines and then resubmit for consideration.
- Your submission must be 400 words minimum and 10000 words maximum. Recommended: 1000-5000 words.
- Don't include a list of keywords in your article. The structure has to be:
- Title
- Summary (not required)
- Body
- Signature (or resource box)
